Bobbie Jean Proctor

Bobbie Jean Proctor was born October 2nd 1959 to James & Betty Proctor. She departed from this life September 8th 2023.

Bobbie, affectionately known as "BJ", was a mother that loved her kids fiercely. Not only her kids but handfuls of her kids friends. She loved to love on people and family was the most important thing to her.

Bobbie enjoyed decorating and making things pretty. She also loved to cook and her lasagna was the best around. She collected light houses as the beach was her favorite place. Myrtle beach specifically, many of her favorite memories were made there.

Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents James & Betty Proctor, brother Timothy Gravette & the love of her life Duck Anderson.

Bobbie leaves to cherish her precious memories; her sons Steven Anderson, Josh Writz, Joey Writz & daughter Michelle Writz of Durham; her siblings Jimmie Proctor & Rhonda Proctor of Durham; nieces April Averitt, Nicole Averitte; Nephew Little Tim Gravette; great grand nieces Angel Ramirez & Skylar Ramirez; great grand nephew Mathew Ramirez; granddaughters Brittany Durham, Kaylee Writz, Genna Writz; grandsons Joseph Writz, Christopher Writz, James Writz & Zane Swain; great granddaughters Madison Durham & Natalie Durham. Along with a host of friends.
