“Gbahku Ku”, “The Original Frazier”, “Old Ma”, “Moh-Yo”, “Peter Fulkar” – Whatever you preferred to call her, she was always there to not only answer but ensure that your need was fully met. Frances Fulkar Frazier, 86 years old, of Detroit District, Sinoe County, transitioned from labor to reward on the 24 th day of October 2023 in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States of America.
Frances was born on the 25 th day of December in the year of 1936 to Mrs. Mary Conpluon Fulkar and Rev. Peter W. Fulkar, who were the pillars of her religious faith, selflessness, unconditional love, and kindness. Her parents were the cornerstone and unshakable foundation on which she built her everlasting faith in a lifetime service to the Almighty God. She obtained her education at The Open Bible Mission School in Rivercess County and later went on to work at the Executive Manson in Monrovia Liberia where she spent the rest of her professional life.
She was predeceased by Mr. and Mrs. Rev. Peter W. Fulkar (parents), John T. Frazier (husband), Johnson E. Tugbeh (son), Naomi B. Frazier (daughter), Meshach and Tobey (Grandsons). Frances is survived by Joanna F. Coker (daughter), Shadrack C. Frazier and Joseph C. Frazier (sons), a host of grand and great grandchildren, including Abednego, Frances, Silas, Christine, Joanna, Shadrack Jr, Makayla, and other relatives around the world.
She was a devout, God-fearing mother, grandmother, and great grandmother that dedicated her entire life to not only her biological children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and family but to anyone and everyone she met throughout the journey of her life.
Frances will always be remembered for her great and infectious smile, Gospel hymens, dancing, and praying. She will never be replaced as a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend, and family. Frances will be missed every day, and her memory will live on in all our hearts forever.
