Joe was my big brother, my oldest brother. He was number 1 and I was number 7. The numbers don't add up without him. He was a good man but he struggled and didn't always make the right choice or take the right action. But I can say the same thing about myself. We're all flawed human beings.

Joe has two sons. They are both impressive people. They are smart and caring people. So he must have done something right!

I will miss him. He could be funny and sweet and generous. He would just show up to fix your plumbing problem. He was very talented. He will never be gone in my heart.

Dear Joe, rest in eternal peace as you so well deserve.

Your loving and "little" sister,
Betsy Walters
