Kelly Rackley,49, of Spring Hope, NC, passed away on March 17st after a valiant battle with many health problems.
Kelly was born on November 20th, 1972 to Kelly and Gloria Edwards in Fairfeild, CA. In 1988, She met Phillip Rackley, and they wed in 1989, going on to have two children, Dryw and Gabrielle.
Kelly was dedicated to the community college system helping adults get their high school diplomas for 19 years until she had to take an early retirement due to the health concerns she battled for many years.
Kelly is survived by her husband, Phillip; her parents, Kelly and Gloria; brother, David Edwards; her two children, Phillip Dryw Rackley and Gabrielle Marie Rackley; and her grandchild, Grayson Wyatt Rackley-Lewis
