Margaret Lucille Hinton, 88, went home to be with the LORD, Thursday, January 14, 2021....born to Lencaster and Seabyrd Heath ....while out on porch one day in 1947--she was spotted by Charles Hinton Jr, on his arrival from serving in the Navy , This meeting developed into a loving relationship and marriage on August 23, 1948. From this marriage, two daughters were born;
Beatrice Joyce Anne,(McClain) and Peggie Ann(Haywood).
Margaret has been a hard working mother, wife, and was always involved in the ministry of a Woman of Purpose. She ushered, sang, counselled,loved, encouraged, joked, empowered, and left her "imprint" on everyone around her.
She left behind 2 daughters; 3 grandchildren-Leontyne, Vivienne, and Rudolph; 6 great-grandchildren-Kiernan, Siobahn, Sophie, Simone, Ashley, and Rayven;and 2 great-grandchildren!
"When I am gone, release me, let me go;
You mustn't tie yourself to me, with too many tears,
But be thankful we had so many good years!"
I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one,
I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done.
