Prescott was preceded in death by his father; Eugene Henry, mother; Bertha Sneed, brother; Cecil Henry, and his nephew Cecil Henry Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Catherine Henry, son Prescott Henry Jr., daughter; Yolonda Giles, two granddaughters Quinntara Giles, and A'niya Braisford; one sister Patricia Thompson (Horace Thompson); one brother Mack Calloway (Nancy Calloway); three aunts Rose, Adrevlla, and Selma; one uncle Mervyn, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends
