Quentin Pierre Green was born June 3, 1967 to Charlie George Green and Dorothy Crumpler Green in Kinston, NC. Quentin attended Northwoods Elementary School and graduated from Jacksonville High School.
Quentin was a commercial painter by trade. He became an expert in surface preparation, coating technology and detailed specifications for new construction. Quentin was a sports fanatic. His favorite football team was the Philadelphia Eagles, and his favorite basketball team was UNC Tarheels. He was better known as the “Mouth of the South” because he made his presence known.There was never a dull
moment when you were around Quentin. He was the life and center of the party. People always gravitated to him because of his easy going personality. There was nobody he didn’t know. Quentin enjoyed cooking and had several special dishes that his family and friends requested often.
Quentin was preceded in death by his father, Charlie George Green.
Quentin leaves to cherish his memories, his daughters, Queshauna Green, Ciara Levy; and a son, Camillus Reath, all of Raleigh, NC. Mother, Dorothy Green of Wendell, NC; siblings, Alonzo Green, and Sheila Ottey, both of Raleigh, NC and Johnnie Green (Jamie Green) of Ocala, FL; grandchildren Coreion and Carmen; special friends, Sherry Levy Kimberly Reath; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
